Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Roll out dough between wax paper sheets 1/4 inch thick, cut with a 1-1/2 inch cookie cutter or cutter of your choosing.
Cookie Butter Cake. Preheat the oven to 350ºf. Grease a 8×8 or 7.5”x6” baking tin and line with parchment. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the butter until it is smooth.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one 9″ cake pan and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Finely chop the peanut butter cups and then toss them with 1 tablespoon of flour. (The candy tends to sink to the bottom if you don’t mix it with a little bit of flour.) Set aside.
